All quotes provided by supportspot are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment as specified in your quote. Custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to confirmation based on specific requirements, measurements, and material selections for your window treatment project.
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion before installation. We accept various payment methods as specified in your quote.
Accurate measurements are critical for custom window treatments. While we offer professional measuring services, if you provide measurements, you accept responsibility for their accuracy. Supportspot is not liable for products manufactured to customer-provided measurements.
Timeframes for manufacturing and installation will be provided in your quote. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, they are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Installation must be scheduled in advance and requires access to the installation location.
All content on the supportspot.world website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Supportspot or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws in the United States.
To the extent permitted by US law, Supportspot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms specific to your blinds and curtains will be provided with your order. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
